At Daia Home, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
